General Terms and Conditions (T&C)
1. General Provisions and Scope of the T&C
1.1 All deliveries and services are exclusively provided based on the following Terms and Conditions (T&C) in their version valid at the time of your order.
1.2 The contractual partner is WebShop femdisc (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”).
1.3 Customers within the meaning of these Terms and Conditions are consumers (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”). A consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
1.4 The product offerings in our online store are exclusively intended for buyers who are at least 18 years old and acting for personal or non-commercial purposes.
2. Conclusion of Contract
2.1 The presentation of products on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer.
2.2 By placing an order, you accept our offer to conclude a contract. The contract becomes effective when your order is submitted to us. You will receive an order confirmation via email.
3. Storage of the Contract Text
3.1 We store your order, the data you provide, and the entire contract text. You will receive an order confirmation email that includes all details of your order and the contract text.
3.2 Customers must ensure the email address provided is accessible.
3.3 Customers affirm that the information provided during registration (e.g., name, address) is accurate and complete. The use of pseudonyms is not allowed.
4. Right of Withdrawal
Important Note: The following withdrawal policy does not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Menstrual discs are considered hygiene products and are therefore not eligible for return if their seal has been removed.
4.1 Withdrawal Right
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party other than the carrier takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your withdrawal right, you must inform us (femdisc UG, Max-Bruch-Str. 3, 50935 Cologne, Germany, Tel.: +49 1525 6223307, Email: support@femdisc.com) of your decision by providing a clear statement (e.g., via mail or email). You may use the provided sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal notice before the 14-day period expires. Please do not ship the package until you have received further instructions from us.
4.2 Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery charges (excluding additional costs incurred for a delivery method other than our standard option), without delay and within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.
We will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return, whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods promptly and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. All items in a set must be returned together; partial returns are not accepted. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

5. Pricing and Shipping Costs
5.1 All prices include applicable VAT.
5.2 Shipping costs are calculated as per Section 6: Delivery Terms.
6. Delivery Terms
6.1 Shipping costs:
- UK, Portugal, and USA: $7
- Switzerland, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Australia, and New Zealand: $9
For other countries, please contact our support team for delivery costs.
6.2 Partial deliveries may occur if all items in your order are not in stock.
6.3 Orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure the address is complete and accurate. Packages with incomplete or inaccurate addresses are the responsibility of the customer.
6.4 During the pandemic, delivery delays or missed returns may occur. Successfully returned packages can be resent to customers upon payment of additional shipping fees.
7. Payment Terms
7.1 Payment methods include:

- Instant transfer
We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods.
7.2 Ownership of goods remains with the Seller until the invoice amount is paid in full.
8. Warranty
For consumers, warranties are provided in accordance with statutory requirements.
9. Liability
Our liability is unlimited in cases of intent or gross negligence and as required by product liability law. For cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations.

11. Miscellaneous
11.1 The contractual language is English.
11.2 The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obligated or willing to participate in such procedures.
11.3 If any provision of these T&C is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
