Refund policy

Important Note

The following return policy does not apply to sealed goods that, for health or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned once the seal is broken after delivery. Menstrual discs are considered hygiene products and are not eligible for return if their seal has been opened or removed.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing a reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date you, or a third party other than the carrier, take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (femdisc UG, Max-Bruch-Str. 3, 50935 Cologne, Germany, Tel.: +49 1525 6223307, Email: support@femdisc.com) of your decision by providing a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the 14-day period expires. Please do not ship the package until you receive further instructions from us.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred if you selected a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us). Refunds will be issued promptly and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed upon. You will not incur any fees for the refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or proof that they have been sent, whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. Items purchased as part of a set must be returned together. The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the 14-day period ends. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

60-Day Trial Period

This offer applies exclusively to the following femdisc products:

  1. femdisc Menstrual Pad for Period Pain
    This product can be opened and tested. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  2. femdisc Menstrual Disc with Pull Tab (Set)
    Only the disposable discs in this set may be opened and tested. The reusable discs should remain sealed unless you intend to keep and use them. Both discs in the set must be returned. Opened or unsealed reusable discs cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.

  3. femdisc Classic Menstrual Disc (Set)
    Similar to the above, only disposable discs may be opened for testing. Both discs in the set must be returned together. Opened or unsealed reusable discs are not eligible for return.

Replacement Policy

We can replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect (e.g., wrong product, size, or color). Replacement requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To request a replacement:

  1. Email support@femdisc.com with your order details (name, order number, product name, and a description of the issue).
  2. Attach photos showing the defect or error.
  3. Await further instructions before returning the item.

Items must be returned within 60 days of receipt. We aim to resolve issues promptly, but response times may vary on weekends or holidays.

Changing or Canceling Orders

Orders can be modified or canceled only if they have not yet been shipped. Please email support@femdisc.com for assistance. Changes are not guaranteed until confirmed by customer service. Orders already in transit cannot be canceled or altered.

Shipping Policy

Shipping rates are as follows:

  • USA, UK: $7
    Standard shipping services are used. Ensure you are available to receive your delivery or arrange for collection at a designated location.
  • Australia, and New Zealand: $9
    Standard shipping services are used. Ensure you are available to receive your delivery or arrange for collection at a designated location.

For international shipments, import duties or customs fees may apply and are not covered by femdisc. Please consult your local customs office for more details.
